Work tip
Name tomorrow's first task before you log off
Two minutes at the end of today buys you a whole morning tomorrow. Write down the single task you'll open with — then close the laptop.
Be specific. "Draft the Q3 intro," not "work on the report."
Pick one. A list of five is a decision you haven't made yet.
Leave it visible. On the desk, not in an app you have to open.
